Stainless steel bowl Ø24 cm in 18-0 steel from Suncraft's Japan Quality series
The bowl has a detail you only learn to appreciate over time: the rim is pressed completely shut, so no water can collect inside the fold. It sounds minor, but that is exactly where cheap bowls turn grubby over the years.
The surface is polished to a mirror finish, and the steel is 18-0 stainless — resistant to rust and corrosion. The bowl stacks with the other sizes in the series and pairs with Suncraft's sieves.

Maintenance & use
Never cut into bones or frozen items as this may damage the egg. Always wash the knife by hand and dry it thoroughly immediately.
Please note that both the blade and handle can be seriously damaged and broken if the knife is washed in a dishwasher – this also applies to stainless steel and wooden handles.
